Dickinson Center, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Mental Health Worker to work on a Family Based team to provide direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families. This position is based out of the Elk County/Ridgway office and covers Elk, McKean and Cameron counties. This is a full time position with non-traditional hours; Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule and possible weekends.




  • Bachelor's degree in a social service related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, education, theology, or psychiatric nursing).


  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a CASSP system, and/or an appropriate equivalent level of education and training as determined and approved by the Office of Mental Health.

Certifications & Licenses

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Position requires enrollment in the WPIC FBMH Training Program
